Open, inspiring, enthusiastic, and helpful. I would also describe it as a problem-solving culture, where a positive mindset plays a central role.

Why did you choose to work for Klimator?

Several factors are important to me when it comes to what I seek in a company and Klimator ticks those boxes well. I looked for a company that fulfills a purpose that I can stand behind. To work towards creating safer roads and minimizing environmental impact through optimization is something that I can stand behind.
